Rules and recommendations for visiting of Sochi Park

Dear guests! We ask you to pay attention to the hygiene and safety rules that apply in Sochi Park. It is in our interest to follow these rules and take care of each other. Thank you for understanding!

Health

We ask you to visit Sochi Park only in good health. Visitors who have been in contact with someone infected with COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or visitors with SARS / high fever symptoms, should not visit the park. Park staff will measure the temperature of each guest using a non-contact thermometer. If an elevated body temperature and / or signs of SARS are detected, admission to the park will be limited.

Distance

We ask you to maintain a social distance of at least 1.5 m from each other. More than three people are not allowed, unless it is a family or company. If there are a lot of visitors to the park, the entrance to the park may be temporarily suspended.

Mask

The mask mode continues. We ask you to wear a mask (textile, medical, so that it covers your nose and mouth) in all rooms, in queues at the entrance to the attraction and at the entrance to the Park (entrance group room).

Please note that scarves and shawls are not allowed as mask replacements. We recommend that you bring enough masks with you to visit the park. The rules for the prevention of coronavirus infection, wearing masks and hygiene rules can be found on the official website of Rospotrebnadzor service.

Hygiene

We regularly clean and disinfect all contact surfaces with antiseptic agents: handrails, door handles, bins, terminals, etc.

• We recommend to refrain from using paper money in favor of contactless payment methods.
• Wash your hands thoroughly and use hand sanitizers. Please do this regularly.
• Please follow the sneezing and coughing etiquette during your visit to Sochi Park.

Dear guests! You can buy masks and antiseptics in convenient vending machines located at the entrance to Sochi Park, as well as in the rooms of mothers and children and in the Bogatyr Castle Hotel on the −1 floor.
