Subscription terms and conditions
- The validity of the Subscription (activation) begins from the moment it is issued and received at the ticket office of the park, regardless of the method of purchase.
- The subscription is issued in the form of a plastic card at the ticket office of Park No. 4, No. 5 and the Skorokhod ticket offices with mandatory photographing of the Subscription holder. A plastic card is issued only upon presentation of identity documents.
- For season tickets purchased on the park's website, activation can be delayed for up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period, the Subscription is automatically considered activated.
- The subscription is valid daily for 365 consecutive days from the moment of activation, including periods of themed holidays and walking days. Subscription suspension is not provided.
- The subscription is registered, the passage of other guests on the card is prohibited.
How do I give an annual subscription to another person?

- You forward an email with an activation code to the person you want to give the subscription to.
- With the activation code and your passport, the person to whom you gave the subscription must come to the ticket office of park No. 4 or the Skorokhod ticket office to issue a personalized plastic ticket.
