If you have not received e-tickets
Creation and delivery of tickets can take some time. Check the e-mail that you indicated in the ticket purchase form. The letter "Your tickets to the park inside" usually arrives in your inbox, but may end up in other folders (mailings, junk mail, spam).
If the tickets did not arrive after 10 minutes, then contact the Sochi Park hotline 8 800 100 33 39 or leave a request in the electronic form "Write to us" - it's the orange button in the bottom menu of the site.
