Tickets policy

This ticket policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) regulates the procedure for purchasing tickets (electronic tickets), season tickets (electronic season tickets) certifying the visitor's right to visit the Sochi Park Theme Park (hereinafter referred to as the Park), Ferris Wheel and The Races of the Warriors attractions.

The person acquiring, owning and using the ticket (electronic ticket), subscription (electronic subscription) confirms that he is familiar with the rules specified in this Policy, with the Rules for visiting the Park approved by the order of Sochi-Park JSC No. 232 dated 04/28/2022 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules for visiting the Park), and the Rules for Refunding funds approved by the Order of Sochi-Park JSC No. 364 dated 07/22/2022 (hereinafter referred to as the Return Rules), posted on the official website of the Park and at the points of sale of Park services.

Terms and definitions

  1. Park is a theme park of entertainment and attractions "Sochi Park", located at the address: Krasnodar Krai, village. Sirius, Olympic Ave., 21, which is a landscaped themed area, including play areas, gaming equipment, attractions, cafes. The park is not an object of physical culture and sports, an educational organization and is intended exclusively for leisure activities. The Park is intended for temporary stay of visitors, the Park's operating mode does not provide for individual work with visitors (guests).
  2. The Wheel of Time is a Ferris wheel attraction located at the address: village. Sirius, Olympic Ave., 21.
  3. The Races of the Warriors is an attraction located at the address: village. Sirius, Olympic Ave., 21.
  4. Tariff – the price for the services provided, depending on the season, time of day and Guest category.
  5. Ticket is a standard document confirming the right of the Ticket Holder to visit the Park /Wheel of Time / The Races of the Warriors within the operating mode, according to the purchased Tariff. It can be placed on different media – letterhead, keychain, bracelet, plastic card, watch, NFC tag, ring, etc. It can be purchased at the ticket offices of the Park, at automatic ticket offices, through an agent or through the Official Website (e-ticket).
  6. Electronic ticket - A ticket in electronic form offered instead of the usual ticket form, in case of purchase of a Ticket on the Official Website.
  7. Combo ticket is a ticket confirming the right of the owner of such a ticket to receive services paid according to the current Price List of the cost of services within the established operating mode of the Park.
  8. The Bracelet is a carrier containing information about the purchased FastPass Subscription, confirming the right of the Owner of the Bracelet to Park services, according to the purchased Tariff.
  9. An Event/Show Ticket is a standard document confirming the right of the Ticket Holder to attend the Event on a one-time basis/Show on a set date without visiting the Park.
  10. A subscription is a registered document of the established sample, which gives the right to visit the Park multiple times during the established period of validity on any day of the Park's work according to the Park's work schedule from the date of receipt of the Subscription at the Park's ticket office, without the right to transfer to third parties.
  11. The "FastPass" subscription is a subscription that grants the right to pass to all working attractions located on the fenced territory of the Park through a separate entrance marked with a corresponding sign, bypassing the main queue. The subscription is purchased at a specialized ticket office of the Park in addition to the Ticket, is valid on the day of its purchase, is issued in the form of a Bracelet with mandatory photographing of the Owner.
  12. A one–time "FastPass" is a standard document granting the Owner the right to pass once to one of the working attractions located in the fenced territory of the Park through a separate entrance marked with a corresponding sign, or to the Wheel of Time bypassing the main queue in accordance with the approved tariffs. Does not give the right to pass through the entrance turnstiles of the Park without a basic ticket.
  13. Guest - a person who wants to visit the Park, the Wheel of Time, The Races of the Warriors.
  14. Accompanying person - a parent, other legal representative or other capable person accompanying a disabled person of group I, a child or a children's group.
  15. Ticket offices of the Park – ticket offices located in front of the entrance to the Park, the Wheel of Time, The Races of the Warriors, and in a fenced area inside the Park.
  16. Automatic ticket offices of the Park are self–service ticket offices located in front of the entrance to the Park and in a fenced area inside the Park.
  17. Park Administration – officials of Sochi-Park JSC authorized to make decisions according to their work function (General Director, heads of structural divisions, Park duty manager).
  18. Ticket sales points are the Ticket Offices of the Park and Agents who have concluded a corresponding agreement with Sochi–Park JSC.
  19. Official Website - website on the Internet with a domain name sochipark.ru and all the official subdomains that contain information about consumer properties-the features of the services provided, a description of the Park, photos, including from events, as well as announcements and other rules that are mandatory for visitors.
  20. Agents - ticket agencies, travel agencies and other ticket distributors authorized by the Park Administration.
  21. Agent's website is a website on the Internet, including with the Agent's domain name and all official subdomains on which information about the sale of Park tickets by the Agent is posted.
  22. Contract – a contract for the provision of services /purchase and sale / Agency agreement concluded between Sochi-Park JSC and a legal entity /individual entrepreneur for the purchase/sale of tickets, Combo tickets, Season tickets, FastPass Season Tickets, Bracelets, Event Tickets, payment for which was made by non-cash method.
  23. Force majeure circumstances - extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances under these conditions, which include, but are not limited to, natural disasters (flood, earthquake,), civil unrest, fire, explosion, war, uprisings, strikes, weather conditions (strong wind gusts from 12 m/c), terrorist acts.
  24. Ticket or Subscription Holder - the person who owns the Ticket/An electronic ticket, a Combo ticket, a FastPass Subscription, a Subscription, a Bracelet, an Event Ticket that has not expired.
  25. The price list of the cost of services is a list of prices for the services provided by the Park published on the information stand and on the Official Website. There are different Rates for individual, family, group and corporate visits.
  26. A cash receipt/BSO is a document confirming the purchase of a Ticket containing data on the Ticket purchase operation.
  27. Electronic receipt is an electronic form of a payment document issued to a Guest when purchasing an Electronic Ticket on the Official Website (or a Ticket purchased at the Automatic Ticket Offices of the Park), confirming the purchase of a Ticket, containing data on the Ticket purchase operation.
  28. Turnstile is a specialized device designed to control the passage of Guests and check the right of entry for each visitor. It is installed at the entrance to the Park and/or in front of the attraction, for the admission of Guests who have a valid Ticket, a "FastPass" Subscription or a Subscription in turn.
  29. The gate is a passage to a restricted access area, specially equipped with technical means of control and accounting.
  30. Applicant – a person who has issued an application for a refund for purchased services provided in the Park, on the Wheel of Time, The Races of the Warriors.

Tickets, Season Tickets "FastPass" Season tickets

  1. Individuals can purchase Tickets, FastPass Season Tickets and Season Tickets at the Ticket Offices of the Park, Automatic Ticket Offices of the Park, on the Official Website, at Ticket Sales Points sold by Agents and on Agents' Websites.
  2. The cost of Tickets, Season Tickets "FastPass" and Season Tickets is determined by the current Tariffs approved by the Park Administration, placed in front of the Ticket Offices of the Park and on the Official Website for public viewing.
  3. Children up to and including 107 cm in height have the right to free access to the Park only with an Accompanying person who has a valid Ticket ("FastPass" Subscription or Subscription).
  4. The right to visit the Park at the "Uniform" Rate is granted to Guests with a height of 107.1 cm.
  5. Guests under the age of 14 must stay with an Accompanying person who has a valid Ticket, a FastPass Subscription or a Subscription.
  6. A ticket to the "Uniform" category Park is sold to Guests with a height of 140.1 cm and above.
  7. The right to visit at the "Special" Rate is granted to Guests upon submission of the relevant supporting documents:
    • members of large families;
    • persons with disabilities of groups 2 and 3 of all degrees and groups of disability;
    • veterans/invalids of military operations;
    • participants of military operations;
    • a person, accompanying a guest with a disability of group I, a disabled child (no more than 1 Accompanying guest per 1 Guest with a disability).
  8. The right to visit the Park and the Wheel of Time at the "Preferential" Tariff is granted to the following categories of citizens:
    • persons with disabilities of group I only;
    • children with disabilities;
    • veterans, prisoners and invalids of the Great Patriotic War;
    • persons aged 65 years and older.
    The tariff is available only if the Guest presents identification documents and the right to a benefit, as well as the Guest is photographed by the cashier.
  9. The right to visit the Park at the "Birthday" Rate is granted to all Guests with a height of 107.1 cm once a year on their birthday, it is also possible to purchase a Ticket at the specified rate 3 days before the birthday and within 3 days after. The exception is for Guests who purchase the package offer of the Birthday Park, who are granted the right to purchase Tickets at the Birthday Rate, including 7 days before and after the date of the Guest's birth.
    The tariff is available only if the Guest presents identification documents and the right to a benefit, as well as the Guest is photographed by the cashier.
  10. The right to visit the Park at the Sochi Park Aistenok Tariff is granted to Guests with a height of 107.1 cm, who are members of the same family, information about which is entered in the "Certificate of a large family", valid at the time of presentation to the cashier and issued on the territory of the Krasnodar Territory.
  11. The tariff is available only if the Guest presents identity documents and the right to a benefit.
  12. The right to visit the Park at the "Local" Rate is granted to Guests with a height of 107.1 cm, registered at the place of residence on the territory of the municipal formation of the city district of the resort city of Sochi and the village. Sirius. The tariff is available only if the Guest presents identity documents and the right to a benefit.
  13. The Ticket entitles the bearer (Guest, Ticket Holder) to:
    • unlimited number of passes (entrance /exit) through the Turnstiles and Gates of the Amusement Park during the day of the visit, according to the purchased Tariff, without limitation of the time spent in the Park, within the established operating mode;
    • visiting show programs taking place in the fenced territory of the Park, according to the published poster events, subject to availability. The presence of a ticket does not guarantee the availability of free space when visiting such show programs;
    • visiting any entertainment events held in the Park, with the exception of paid events, master classes, prize games and other types of services involving the purchase of a separate ticket or additional payment;
    • visiting any working attractions in the fenced territory of the Park in accordance with the instructions for the safe operation of each attraction (restrictions on anthropometric data and individual details of clothing and accessories). The number of rides on the attractions within the day of the visit is not limited;
    • visiting the Wheel of Time attraction when buying a Ticket of the appropriate Fare, with the possibility of one rental (one lap) on this attraction;
    • visiting the The Races of the Warriors attraction, when buying a ticket of the appropriate Fare, with the possibility of renting the number of laps displayed on the purchased Ticket.
  14. Event Ticket/The Show entitles the bearer to enter to attend the Event/watch the Show. Valid on the day indicated in the name on the Ticket.
  15. The FastPass subscription entitles the bearer to:
    • attendance of any entertainment events held on the territory of the Park, with the exception of paid events, master classes, prize games and other types of services involving the purchase of a separate ticket or additional payment;
    • visiting any working attractions in the fenced territory of the Park through a separate entrance marked with the appropriate sign "FastPass", and rental in accordance with the instructions for the safe operation of each attraction (restrictions on anthropometric data and individual parts of clothing and accessories). The number of rides on the attractions within the day of the visit is not limited.

    The FastPass subscription is purchased:

    • in addition to the main Ticket for any Fare;
    • only if the Guest is photographed by the Park cashier.

    Any Owner of Tickets or Season Tickets of the Park has the right to purchase a FastPass Season Ticket. The FastPass subscription has a "Single" category for all categories of Guests.

    The FastPass subscription is not a substitute for an entrance Ticket and does not grant the Guest the right to pass through the entrance turnstiles of the Park.

  16. A one-time "FastPass" entitles a Guest to:
    • a single pass to one of the operating attractions provided for by the tariff, located on the fenced territory of the Park through a separate entrance marked with the appropriate sign (FastPass).

    A one-time "FastPass" is purchased:

    • at the Automatic Ticket offices of the Park located on the fenced territory of the Park directly at the attractions;
    • in addition to the entrance Ticket to the Park for any Fare.

    The one-time "FastPass" has the category "Single" for all categories of Guests.

  17. At the Wheel of Time attraction there is a special Rate "FastPass "Wheel", which gives the Guest the right to rent on the Wheel of Time attraction outside the main queue and is valid on the day of purchase.
  18. The subscription entitles the bearer to:
    • unlimited number of visits to the Park according to the established operating mode within the validity period of the Subscription;
    • unlimited number of passes (entrance/exit) through the Turnstiles of attractions during the visit period, according to the purchased Tariff, without limitation of the time spent in the Park, within the established operating mode;
    • visiting show programs taking place in the fenced territory of the Park, according to the published event poster, if subject to availability. The availability of a subscription does not guarantee the availability of free space;
    • visiting any entertainment events held in the Park, with the exception of paid events, master classes, prize games and other types of services involving the purchase of a separate ticket or additional payment;
    • visiting any working attractions in the fenced territory of the Park, and rental in accordance with the instructions on the safe operation of each attraction (restrictions on anthropometric data and individual details of clothing and accessories). The number of rides on the attractions within the day of the visit is not limited.
  19. Rules for the purchase, registration and use of a Subscription.
  20. The Park Administration reserves the right to conduct promotions and raffles of gifts among all Season Ticket Holders.
  21. The Park Administration reserves the right to restrict the sale of Season Tickets at its discretion.
  22. By purchasing (receiving) a Subscription, its Owner agrees to comply with the rules and conditions of visiting the Park and attractions and is fully responsible for their compliance in accordance with this Policy and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
  23. The subscription can be purchased on the Official website and at the Ticket Offices of the park.
  24. The validity of the Subscription (activation) begins from the moment of its registration and receipt at the Ticket Office of the park, regardless of the method of its purchase.
  25. The subscription is issued in the form of a plastic card with the obligatory photographing of the Owner of the Subscription.
  26. For Season Tickets at the "Annual Subscription" tariff purchased on the official website of the park, it is possible to postpone activation for up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period, the Subscription is automatically considered activated.
  27. Subscriptions purchased under the Annual Subscription tariff are valid daily 365 consecutive days from the moment of activation, including periods of thematic holidays and walking days of the Park.
  28. By purchasing (receiving) a Subscription, its Owner consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", namely: full name, contact phone number, e-mail address (e-mail), actual address of residence, passport data of the Subscription owner. The application is the consent of the subject to the processing of his personal data, as part of the Subscription Transfer Act (Appendix No. 1), which is issued at the Ticket Offices of the Park upon receipt of the paid Subscription.
  29. The Subscription Holder has no right to transfer the Subscription to third parties.
  30. If it is revealed that the Subscription has been transferred after its activation, but within its validity period to a third party, this Subscription may be blocked by the Park Administration or withdrawn by an employee of the Park Security Department, while the information about the Subscription is canceled without the right to restore.
  31. The decision to block / cancel the Subscription without the right to restore it may be made by the Park Administration within 10 (ten) calendar days from the moment of revealing the fact of transfer of the Subscription to a third party, withdrawal of the Subscription, as well as receipt for various reasons of the Subscription from third parties who are not the Owners of the Park's Subscriptions.
  32. Notification of blocking /cancellation without the right to restore the Subscription is sent in writing by e-mail or sent by registered mail to the recipient at the registration address and the actual address of residence of the Subscription Holder. The notification is considered to be transmitted on the day of receipt of the email or the date of delivery of the postal notification after sending the letter by mail. In this case, the original copies are sent by mail within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing of the relevant document.
  33. Season tickets cancelled without the right of restoration are subject to destruction.
  34. The Park Administration is not responsible to the Owner of the Subscription in cases where he/she/ they cannot visit the Park, for reasons unrelated to the actions of the Park Administration, such as: inability to visit the Park during the Tariff period, loss, damage, intentional copying in order to pass to the Park on a copy of the Subscription.
  35. After buying a Subscription, the Owner is obliged to keep it in good condition until the expiration of the Subscription: without cuts, punctures, breakdowns and other damages.
  36. The owner of the Subscription must immediately inform the Park Administration about the loss, theft or damage of the Subscription by contacting the Ticket Office of the Park personally with identity documents. The Subscription is restored according to the price list of the cost of services.
  37. The subscription cannot be used for advertising purposes without the permission of the Park Administration.
  38. If the fact of using a fake Subscription is revealed, its Owner will be denied access to the Park. At the same time, the Park Administration reserves the right to call police officers to clarify all the circumstances of the appearance of a fake Subscription in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
  39. In case of exceeding the permissible number of Visitors in the Park, the Administration has the right to suspend the sale of Season Tickets and the admission of Season Ticket Holders, for an indefinite period, in order to ensure safety and comfortable rest for its visitors. In this case, the Park Administration makes an appropriate announcement at the Ticket Offices of the Park, on social networks, on the official website of the Park (sochipark.ru ).
  40. Access to the Park for all Season Ticket Holders is possible within the validity period of the Season Ticket.
  41. Rules for the purchase and use of the FastPass Ticket and Subscription.
  42. The Park Administration reserves the right to hold promotions and raffles of gifts among all Owners of Tickets and Season Tickets "FastPass".
  43. By purchasing (receiving) a Ticket, a "FastPass" Subscription, its Owner agrees to comply with the rules and conditions of visiting the Park and attractions, the Wheel of Time, The Races of the Warriors and is fully responsible for their compliance in accordance with this Policy and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
  44. The Park is not responsible to the Ticket Holder if he/she /they cannot visit the Park, the Wheel of Time, the The Races of the Warriors for reasons unrelated to the actions of the Park Administration, such as: inability to visit the Park, the Wheel of Time, the The Races of the Warriors during the validity period of the Fare, loss, damage, intentional copying from the purpose of the passage to the Park, to the Wheel of Time, to the The Races of the Warriors on a copy of the Ticket.
  45. After purchase, the Owner of the Ticket, the "FastPass" Subscription is obliged to keep it in good condition until the end of the visit to the Park, the Wheel of Time, The Races of the Warriors: without cuts, punctures, breakdowns and other damages.
  46. In case of loss, theft or damage of the Ticket, which was used to pass to the Park, the Wheel of Time, The Races of the Warriors through the turnstile, restoration takes place strictly in the presence of a payment confirmation containing readable information about the Ticket, i.e. the number and Fare (Cash receipt / BSO).
  47. In case of loss, theft or damage of the FastPass Subscription, which was activated (worn on the wrist of the Owner), during its validity period, restoration takes place strictly if there is a payment confirmation containing readable information about the FastPass Subscription, i.e. the number and tariff (cash receipt / BSO).
  48. In case of loss, theft or damage of a One-time "FastPass", this service is not subject to restoration.
  49. The FastPass Ticket and/or Subscription may not be used for advertising purposes without the permission of the Park Administration.
  50. In case of detection of the fact of using a fake Ticket and (or) a "FastPass" Subscription, their Owner will be denied access to the Park, the Wheel of Time, The Races of the Warriors. At the same time, the Park Administration reserves the right to call police officers to clarify all the circumstances of the appearance of a fake Ticket, a Season ticket "FastPass" in accordance with the procedure established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
  51. In case of exceeding the permissible number of Guests in the Park, the Administration has the right to suspend the sale and admission of Ticket Holders, Season Tickets "FastPass" to the Park for an indefinite period, in order to ensure safety and comfortable rest for its visitors. In this case, the Park Administration makes an appropriate announcement at the Ticket Offices of the Park and on social networks.
  52. All Ticket Holders can enter the Park if the conditions of the ticket validity period are met.

Access to the Park, to the Wheel of Time and The Races of the Warriors

  1. Access to the Park, to the Wheel of Time and the The Races of the Warriors is carried out in accordance with the Rules of visiting the Park, posted on the Official Website of the Park and the Ticket Offices of the Park.

Ticket Sales Points

  1. The main Points of Ticket sales are the Ticket Offices of the Park, Automatic Ticket Offices and the Official Website. Also, Ticket sales are carried out through Agents.
  2. Agents selling Tickets on their own behalf or on behalf of Sochi-Park JSC are obliged to take into account all the requirements established by this Policy, acquaint buyers with the Rules of visiting the Park, inform buyers that the purchase of Tickets means the need for buyers to comply with the Rules of visiting the Park.

Refund Of Tickets, Season Tickets, Season Tickets "FastPass"

  1. The return of Tickets, Season Tickets, Season Tickets "FastPass" is made according to the return Rules.

Responsibility

  1. Neither the Administration of the Park, nor the Agents, nor any other person involved in the organization of the Park, the Wheel of Time, The Races of the Warriors are not responsible for failure to fulfill any obligation in accordance with this Policy if the reason for such failure was Force Majeure.
  2. Neither the Park Administration, nor Agents, nor any other person involved in organizing the work of the Park, the Wheel of Time, The Races of the Warriors is not responsible to the Owner of the Ticket, the FastPass Season Ticket, the Season Ticket in case of loss, theft, damage, purchase of a fake Ticket, the FastPass Season Ticket, the Season Ticket third parties and do not compensate for its cost.

Final provisions

  1. All information requests regarding Tickets, Season Tickets "FastPass", Season Tickets are sent through the feedback form on the Official Website. If a Ticket is purchased from Agents, information requests must be sent to the Agent from whom the Ticket was purchased.
  2. The Park Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. The policy, taking into account the changes made, is subject to publication on the Official Website.
  3. The provisions of this Policy are drawn up in accordance with the norms of the legislation of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from legal relations regulated by this Policy are subject to resolution in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Refund Policy

Refund of Tickets, Combo tickets, Fixed-term Season tickets, FastPass Season tickets

  1. At the initiative of the Ticket or Subscription Holder, the refund of the cost of the Ticket, Combo Ticket, FastPass Subscription, Subscription, is carried out if there is a Ticket, Combo Ticket, FastPass Subscription, Subscription and passport of the Ticket Holder or Subscription at the Ticket Offices of the Park or at the offices of the relevant Agents from whom the Ticket or Combo Ticket was purchased, only in the case when the Ticket, Combo ticket, FastPass Subscription, Subscription did not pass through the turnstile or the gate of the Park. In the case when a Ticket, a Combo ticket, a FastPass Subscription, a Subscription has been passed through a turnstile or a Park gate, the ticket / subscription is considered activated and cannot be refunded.
  2. An application for a refund is submitted by the Owner of the Ticket or Subscription during the validity period of the ticket /subscription for the provision of services, from the moment of purchase of the Ticket, Combo ticket, "FastPass" Subscription, Subscription.
  3. In order to ensure the safety of guests (Visitors), the Park Administration reserves the right to organize and plan possible temporary/permanent termination of access to certain zones, facilities, as well as to close attractions for technical reasons for routine and emergency recovery work, due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure. The above conditions do not entitle you to a refund of the cost of the entrance Ticket.
  4. The refund of the Ticket price purchased from the Agent is carried out by the Agent in accordance with the procedure established by the Agent.
  5. Refund of funds for the purchase of a Ticket or Combo ticket is subject only to the original Ticket or Combo ticket with intact control (no passage through the turnstile or the gate of the Park).
  6. The refund of the cost of the Season Ticket and the "FastPass" Season Ticket is possible only if no passage through the turnstile or the gate of the Park has been made for this season ticket.
  7. To refund the cost of a Ticket, a Combo Ticket, a FastPass Subscription, a Subscription purchased at the Ticket Offices of the Park, it is necessary to submit to the Park Administration a written application for a refund for the purchase of a Ticket, a Combo Ticket, a FastPass Subscription, a Subscription in the form approved by the Order of Sochi-Park JSC, indicating passport data, contact phone numbers, postal address, with the attachment of the original Combo Ticket, FastPass Subscription, Subscription, a copy of the identity document (passport) and a completed Consent form for the processing of personal data, which can be obtained at the Ticket Offices of the Park.

  8. To refund the cost of a Ticket, Combo Ticket, Subscription, "FastPass" Subscription paid on the Official website, you must fill out the feedback form posted on the Official Website, if the Ticket, Combo Ticket, "FastPass" Subscription, Subscription is purchased through the Widget.Yandex, hosted on the official website, must follow the link https://widget.afisha.yandex.ru/refund / and fill out a special feedback form on the Yandex.Afisha website, specifying the order number and contact details.
  9. The refund of funds (with the exception of funds on the application for a refund of the cost of the Ticket, Combo ticket, FastPass Subscription, Subscription paid on the Official Website) is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and is made within 10 days from the date of submission by the Applicant of the corresponding refund application. If the last day on which the refund is to be made falls on a non-working day, then the refund must be made on the next working day following it. The Park Administration is not responsible for the delay in receiving the returned funds by the Applicant.   10. When returning the cost of a Ticket, a Combo ticket, a FastPass Subscription, a Subscription purchased directly at the Ticket Offices of the Park, a refund for a Ticket, a Combo ticket, a FastPass Subscription, a Subscription is carried out in cash (in cash) at the Ticket Offices of the Park and in non-cash form (by bank card) to the settlement account the invoice (bank card), which will be indicated by the guest in the corresponding refund application, if the cost of the Ticket, Combo ticket, FastPass Subscription, Subscription is paid in cash. In cases when the Ticket, Combo Ticket, Subscription, "FastPass" Subscription were paid in cashless form (by bank card), the refund is made to the same bank account (bank card) from which the purchase of the Ticket, Combo ticket, "FastPass" Subscription, Subscription was made.
  11. If it is impossible for a Guest or Visitor to visit the Park due to the fault of the Park Administration, the cost of the Ticket, Combo Ticket, FastPass Subscription, Subscription is returned to the Owner of the Ticket or Subscription in accordance with the procedure provided for by these Refund Rules and the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Cases when one or several attractions closed for maintenance or due to unfavorable conditions do not work in the Park, as well as a day off or cancellation of shows and performances are not grounds for a refund of the Ticket price, Combo ticket, FastPass Subscription, Subscription.
